Lock Down এ কি করবেন ??!!

যদি একদিনের জন্য আনন্দ পেতে চাও তবে পিকনিক করো।

যদি একবছরের জন্য আনন্দ পেতে চাও তবে বিয়ে করো।

যদি সারা জীবন ধরে আনন্দ পেতে চাও বাগান করো।।

এটা আমার বক্তব্য নয়, এক মহান মনোবিদের।

আপনিও লক ডাউনে আনন্দের সাথে সমাজের কল্যাণ করুন,

পরিবারের সদস্যদের সঙ্গে নিয়ে বাড়ির ছাদে বা ঘরের বারান্দায় Kitchen Garden করুন।।

Immunity (may be it is helpful for Coronavirus)

Today we don’t know which is the actual anti COVID 19 Virus properties. Our scientists Community are finding the answer. I am a Common people; here I am expressing my view, as a common man, if it helps to improve Immunity, for poor and common people (Like me).

[As per my View COVID 19 Virus is opposite role of Hepatitis Virus. It is not a result oriented views, I have decided after observed of TV channels reports and Google search] ,

After study It is my (sree Debasish Dasgupta) view that if everyone take few amount of “Neem” leaf (We Know that it is anti pox and anti Virus etc. Nature) every day, and must take ‘Lemon’ Juice (For Vitamin ‘C’ and also it’s nature is acidic ) twice in a day. And for Cold/Cough can take some amount of Black Cumin and camphor put in a Cloth/ Handkerchief after ‘Rubbing’ then take it just like inhale. And also take a small amount of Lime [Ca(OH)₂ Calcium hydroxide (Just like a Lentils seed)] twice for aged person and one time 10 to 18 years after food.

Because We know that : - .(1) Camphor is Anti Bacterial and Anti Fungal properties. (2) Ca(OH)₂ Calcium hydroxide we know it is Anti septic and anti Virus properties. (3) Neem leaf is many Anti Bacterial, anti Fungal, anti septic, Anti Virus properties. (4) Lemon High Vitamin ‘C’, Anti Oxidants, and many nutrients.

(5) Alum is Anti Bacterial and Anti Fungal properties, Anti Virus properties,

[Nb. It is not tested remedies but it is very helpful for increase Immunity and easy available, Here also my suggestion for all at first consult with your Doctor ]
